I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology at the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra, and I came to Perth for my Master’s degree in 2023. After one year of course study, I joined Batley Lab and started my dissertation research project on the functional validation of a candidate blackleg resistance gene in canola (Brassica napus). Now, I am doing my PhD at Batley Lab.
